This turned out wonderful, despite some comical errors in the recipe itself. If you’re attempting to make it, read carefully, as I did. There is no attached recipe for Bechamel Sauce, so you’ll need to locate your own.

Also, the particular 8 oz. box of manicotti I used contained 14 shells. I increased the filling recipe, using 2 full cups of Ricotta cheese, adding 8 oz. of grilled salmon and an extra 1/2 cup of Parmesan, and I had only enough filling for 12 1/2 manicotti shells. You’ll need to increase the filling or count on decreasing the number of shells.
