Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms - TastyPlanner.com

1/4 cup scallions ; minced
2 teaspoons butter
1 can (4 oz.) crabmeat ; drained
2 tablespoons fresh parsley ; minced
1 tablespoon white horseradish ; drained
2 Cloves Garlic ; pressed and minced
2 drops hot red pepper sauce (to garnish)
Wash mushrooms well. Pat dry, remove stems and set aside. In a small bowl, combine scallions and butter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in crabmeat, parsley, horseradish, garlic and hot sauce. Stir well.
Place 1/2 of the mushrooms gill side up on a plate. Fill each cap with crabmeat mixture. Microwave on high 3-4 minutes, turning plate once.
Remove mushrooms to serving plate. Repeat this process with the remaining mushrooms. Sprinkle with red peppe sauce to garnish.
