Cranberry Coffee Cake - TastyPlanner.com

Great coffee cake for those who love cranberries.
Ingredients
For Cake:
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
5 tablespoons butter (or margarine)
1 egg ; beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups FRESH CRANBERRIES ; coarsely ground
For topping:
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
Instructions
(for cake) Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Cut in butter with two knives until crumbly. Mix beaten egg and milk; add to flour mixture. Stir slowly to mix and then beat until well blended. Spread batter evenly into 8×2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle ground cranberries over the top.
(for topping) Mix flour and sugar. Cut in butter. Sprinkle over cranberries and bake for 30-35 minutes.
