  <instruction>&lt;p&gt;In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, egg replacer, and salt. In 1-quart Mason jar, layer flour mixture, sugar, brown sugar, oats, nuts, cereal, and cranberries. Cover and store in cool dry place for up to 6 months.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To prepare cookies: Beat butter, water, and vanilla until blended. Add cookie mix and mix well.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Drop by rounded tablespoonsful 2&amp;quot; apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire rack to cool completely. Store in airtight container.&lt;/p&gt;</instruction>
