Ingredients
5 cups frozen corn (2 1/2 lbs)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
1 cup Parmesan Cheez-It (optional)
Instructions
melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour a little at a time until smooth. Gradually add cream, milk, salt and pepper. Bring to boil and stir for 2 minutes. Add corn and heat through. Transfer to broiler-proof casserole dish. Sprinkle with Cheez-It and cheese. Broil 3-5 minutes.
