Ingredients
1 Can Black Beans (lightly rinsed)
1 Cup shredded cheese
1 Cup Salsa (mild, medium or hot)
1 Cup sour cream
Instructions
Mix beans and cheese
Microwave until cheese melts
Mix in salsa and sour cream
Use Cholula to taste
*You can also use a crock pot and serve this warm!
