Ingredients
12 ounces spaghetti
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated pecorino
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
Cook 12 ounces spaghetti according to the package directions.
Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
Add 1 cup heavy cream to the pasta and bring to a simmer.
Add ½ cup grated pecorino, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ½ teaspoon cracked black pepper and cook, tossing, until thickened and creamy, about 2 minutes.
Serve with additional grated pecorino and cracked black pepper.
