Creamy Potato, Leek & Onion Soup - TastyPlanner.com

A creamy veg based soup. Pretty tasty! My first attempt at soup (at anything, actually) with homemade chicken stock!
Prep time: 15 Min.
Cook time: 45 Min.
Serves: 3
Ingredients
500ml chicken stock
150ml milk
one leek
two medium sized potatos
half an onion
Instructions
Chop the veg (including the potato) and cook over a low heat with the butter to soften them.
Add the stock and simmer for 15min to finish cooking the potato.
Add the milk and liquidise.
Return to the heat and warm through if it needs it. Season to taste.
