Creamy Swiss Chicken - TastyPlanner.com

This was the first dish my new step-mother cooked for my family so it was under much scrutiny. We all loved it and we love her! ; )
Ingredients
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 slices of swiss cheese
- 2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup white wine
1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Break each piece of cheese in half and place a piece on top of each piece of chicken.
- Combine butter, white wine and soup and pour in and around chicken.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake uncovered for 60 minutes on 375 degrees. Enjoy!
