Ingredients
1 large boneless, skinless turkey breast halved
2 T. butter, melted
2 T. dried parsley
1/2 t. oregano
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
Instructions
Place turkey in slow cooker. Brush with butter. Mix together parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and wine. Pour over turkey. Top with mushrooms. Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Remove turkey and keep warm. Skim any fat from cooking juices. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Gradually add cooking juices. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes until thickened. Slice turkey and serve with sauce.
