Crockpot Boneless Pork Ribs - TastyPlanner.com

Very tender and delicious boneless ribs. Serve with cabbage slaw and corn for a great meal any time of year.
Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless country style pork spareribs
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 tsp. Penzy's "Barbecue of the Americas" spice mix
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
1 tsp minced garlic
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup BBQ sauce (I use Sweet Baby Rays)
Instructions
Mix brown sugar, spice mix, liquid smoke, and garlic in small bowl. Rub mixture into ribs. Place ribs in crockpot in 2 layers alternating with onion slices. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Remove ribs and onions from crockpot. Discard liquid in crockpot. Spread BBQ sauce on ribs and return to crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour.
