Crockpot Stuffed Peppers - TastyPlanner.com

Flavorful stuffed peppers made in the slow cooker.
Ingredients
4 green bell peppers
1 lb. ground beef (or venison, elk, moose, or antelope)
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Cup rice, cooked
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Tones Spicy Spaghetti Seasoning
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon
Instructions
Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic and drain off fat.
Turn off heat.
Add tomato soup, paprika, spaghetti seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and cheddar cheese and combine. Add salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Remove the tops and seeds from the green peppers.
Stuff the peppers with the meat mixture.
Place the peppers upright in a slow cooker.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp. bacon crumbles on top of each pepper.
Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
