Ingredients
1 large egg white
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup sugar
handful of fresh, organic rose petals
Instructions
Beat the egg white in water until foamy.
Use a small pastry brush to paint each flower petal with the egg white mixture.
Dip petals into sugar.
Allow to dry overnight on waxed paper.
