Cucumber Dill Hummus
Ingredients
2 cans of drained chick peas
2 tbsp of tahini
4 Cloves of Garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1 whole cucumber
2 tbsp fresh dill
1 squeezed lemon
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Drain 2 cans of chick peas and add to blender.
Add tahini, garlic, olive oil, cucumber, dill, lemon, and salt.
Blend until desired constancy is reached.
