A delicious variation on the standard tuna salad.

I have never measured the ingredients, so you may need to experiment to see what works for you.

 <instruction>
Drain tuna.

Add mayonnaise to taste. For me, 1 heaping tablespoon is good, but I don’t like a lot of mayo, so your mileage may vary.

Add a handful of almonds, and a handful of raisins.

Add curry powder to taste.

Blend in food processor / magic bullet until smooth.

Serve on a salad, or sandwich.

For variations, cashews can substituted for the almonds, or a diced fresh apple can be substituted for the raisins.
</instruction>
