Ingredients
2 cups shelled peas
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Instructions
Cook peas as directed; drain well. Cook mushrooms in butter till tender. Stir in sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash pepper. Add cooked peas and pimiento. Cover; heat through.
