This is a fantastic filling juice-smoothie combination great for detox days. It’s more smoothie in texture, full of essential, good fats.
Ingredients
6 Carrots
1 soft avocado, peeled and pitted
10 basil leaves
1 apple
1 lemon slice
Instructions
Push the carrots and apple through a juicer
Blend the juice with all the other ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Squeeze a dash of lemon into the drink.
