Rolls to have with your dinner.
5 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tsp. salt
5 Tsp. active dry yeast
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Place flour in plastic Tupperware bowl. Heat to warm – milk, water, sugar, and salt. Add more flour if too sticky. Knead lightly. Cover and let rise for 20 to 30 minutes. Shape the dough into rolls. Let rise again for 20 to 30 minutes. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 15 minutes.
