Ingredients
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
2 egg whites
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Cook to hard ball stage (248 degrees) and let stand 7 minutes & cool to 220 degrees.
Beat egg whites to soft peak stage. Add vanilla extract. (Change to regular beater)
Slowly pour in syrup and beat until mixture just loses its shine. Quickly spoon onto waxed paper.
