Ingredients
3 Cups flour
2 Cups sugar
2 Cups Apples Chopped
1 Cup Nuts, Raisins, chocolate chips, or a combination of any
1 Cup oil
1 Cup cold water
2 eggs
2 Tsps baking powder
2 Tsps cinnamon
1 Tsp nutmeg
1 Tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
Optional: Pam Baking (its Pam with Floor basically to prevent raisins from sticking to the pan)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients with a wooden spoon and bake in a greased (Pam Baking Spray works best) bundt pan at 350 for about 1hr and 15 mins.
