Easy Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole - TastyPlanner.com

This is a modified recipe from another site. I use it weekly and my family loves it. The best chicken, broccoli and rice casserole we’ve ever had.

Ingredients
3 Chicken breast, chopped into bite size pieces
2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups cooked rice
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
1 small onion, chopped
2 T butter
Instructions
Cook chicken in butter in large skillet.
Add onions a couple of minutes before chicken is completely browned.
Add remaining ingredients and cook just until cheese is melted.
Put in 2 quart pre-greased casserole dish .
Bake at 350 for 30 hour.

This is the BEST casserole that I’ve ever cooked! I did substitute the second can of cream of chicken for 1 can cream of broccoli! DEEEELICIOUS!!
This is a good recipe, but it should be noted that the rice needs to be measured AFTER cooking, do not cook 2 cups of rice then add to ingrediants, that is way too much!
