A very easy and surprisingly delicious cake cooked right in your microwave. Many variations!

Ingredients
1 boxed cake mix (chocolate works well)
3 eggs
16 oz sour cream
1 cup chocolate chips (or cherry, peanut butter, etc.)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, batter will be thick.
Pour into microwave-safe dish (original recipe calls for the fluted Bundt cake stone).
Bake 13 minutes in the microwave on high.
Allow to cool at least 15 minutes.
Turn out onto serving plate serve. For a finishing touch, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar and fill the middle of the cake with fruit.
You can create different cakes substituting a can of pie filling for the sour cream and using different flavors of cake mix.
