My whole family loves this dish and it takes no time to make. Great on cool days!

Cook time: 30 Min.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
- Lean ground beef
- Small onion
- 1 can Veg-All, drained
- 1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
- Instant mash potatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
- Place in casserole baking dish and add soup and Veg-All. Mix thoroughly.
- Make instant mash potatoes to box instructions and top beef mixture with 1 inch layer of potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are golden brown on top. Enjoy!
