Oh dear, when I made this, I didn’t use enough spinach (I used about 12 oz fresh but cut all the stems off, it was probably about 5 oz total). It was salty and cream-cheesy. I’m literally going to the store to buy more supplies to try to make a better version tonight!
Sidge- It really in imperative that you use the recommended amount of ingredients in order to have a dish come out correctly. I used this exact recipe again for my graduation shindig and it came out perfectly. Not to salty-
I love spinach dip and this is some of the best I’ve had. I’m making a batch right now.
I’ve not made this version, but I would add some chopped water chestnuts for texture and a little surprise crunch.
Ew. Not a fan of “surprise” anything in my food, let alone surprise textures. Just ew.
Also, is there some reason this is tagged with “bowl” like 89786 times?
