If you don’t want to make home-made biscuits, you can find frozen biscuits in the frozen food section in most grocery stores. Keeping a frozen stash, you can whip up strawberry shortcake quickly and easy for a summery dessert anytime of the year.

Serves: 6
Ingredients
6 frozen biscuits
3 baskets of fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
Bake biscuits according to package instructions. While baking, slice strawberries and, in a bowl, mix in sugar to allow berries to juice.
Remove biscuits from oven and break in haft onto a plate or in a bowl. Top with strawberry mixture and whipped cream.
