Eggs over bagel simple.

Ingredients
1 bagel
1 Slice of Butter
1/8 Cup of Asiago Cheese
1/8 Cup of Parmesian Cheese
4 slices of bacon
2 eggs
Instructions
Slice bagel in two and toast as desired. Grease pan with slice of butter and cook eggs as desired (I typically go for sunny side up). Plate bagel slices and place bacon in an X on toast. Sprinkle with Parmesian and Asiago. Serve Eggs on top of toast, coat with remaining cheese and add jelly on side to serve.
