Quick and Simple Eggs and Bologna recipe
Ingredients
1 tbsp. olive oil
8 large eggs, beaten
1/2 medium onion, sliced
4 wieners, sliced
8 slices wheat bread, toasted
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, saute until brown. Add wieners until browned. Add the eggs until cooked through. Serve immediately with toasted bread.
