I’m sure this isn’t the original name..but it’s what we call it in honor of the friends who introduced it to us. Around our house, measuring the marinade ingredients is optional.
Prep time: 10 Min.
Cook time: 20 Min.
Serves: 4
Ingredients
4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup Sherry
Pineapple rings
Instructions
Marinate the chicken in the brown sugar, crushed pineapple, soy sauce and sherry.
When ready, grill the chicken and pineapple.
