Delicious English toffee with chocolate and almonds.
Prep time: 5 Min.
Cook time: 10 Min.
Serves: 6
Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped almonds
milk chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Cook sugar and butter in a heavy pan to hard crack stage (300-310°F).
2. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. Melt milk chocolate chips and pour overtop. Sprinkle with almonds, break into pieces when cool.
