Yummy! Abs diet.
Ingredients
6 ounces salmon or tuna
2/3 cup chopped precooked chicken
1 green onion, sliced
1/4 cup inely diced cucumber
1 tablespoon reduced fat sour cream
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix everything together in a big bowl, stirring well to blend in the lemon juice and sour cream. Eat with mixed greens or whole-wheat crackers.
