Ingredients
1 lg sweet potato & 1 lg russet potato (or 2 russets), peeled & sliced into thin strips.
2 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp sea salt (or salt substitute to reduce sodium content)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine the potatoes, oil, chili powder, garlic powder, & cumin in a bowl and toss well. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Halfway through, turn the fries over and continue baking. After removing them from oven, place on a paper towel & sprinkle with the salt. Serve immediately.
