Ingredients
15 oz) can of fava beans
1 clove garlic minced
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large lemon, squeezed
3 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 tomato, chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Empty fava beans from can and rinse under water for 1 minute
Pour into bowl and completely mash beans with spoon or pestle
Add minced garlic, salt, lemon juice, chopped veggies, parsley, and olive oil.
Blend well for a few minutes, add garnish, and serve
