A basic french bread.
Ingredients
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast
Instructions
Place ingredients in bread pan. Select Dough setting. Press Start.
When dough is finished, turn out dough onto cutting board, shape into round loaf. Dust the top with flour. Slash a “#” in the top with a sharp knife. Cover and let rise in a worm oven for 30-45 minutes.
Place a pan of hot water on the bottom rack of the oven. Preheat to 450. Bake about 20 minutes.
