Ingredients
1/4 cup fat-free French dressing
2 tablespoons sugar-free apricot preserves
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup fresh minced onion, or 1 tablespoon dried
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients and set aside. Arrange chicken in a 9×9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Drain any liquid. Spoon glaze over chicken. Return to oven for 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and glaze is heated
