Thick and hearty french toast recipe. Really easy for quick breakfasts.
Ingredients
8 oz) cream cheese
8 eggs
10 slices white bread
Instructions
Heat and blend cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs, separating yolks from whites for half of them, the other half add the whole egg. Blend mixture until foamy at the top. (Optional: add milk or cream, depending on consistency of the mixture and to sweeten taste of batter.) Immerse bread slices in mixture then cook on skillet or frying pan medium high until sides are golden brown. Serve with butter and syrup or powdered sugar.
