A sweet style of french toast i made up one day

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 slices texas toast
Dash of cinnamon
sprinkle of powdered sugar
4 large strawberries
whipped cream
Instructions
Mix egg, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup in a bowl.
Pre-Heat medium frying pan just higher than medium heat
Dip texas toast in the egg mixture, then cook in frying pan turning when the bottom side has browned. I prefer mine slightly gooey on the inside, so others might wish to cook a touch longer on lower heat.
To serve cut into triangle pieces and arrange like so: <<<>>>
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and a dash of cinnamon, maple syrup on the side.
Cut some strawberries into bite-sized pieces and spread over the french toast. Add a little whipped cream over the top
Serve Bacon and sausage on the side with a tall glass of milk.
