Ingredients
2 pie shells (or put all the stuff in one pie shell for a double-stuffed pie)
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup water
4 tbsp. peach jello powder
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
4-5 peaches, peeled and pitted
1 small tub cool-whip(full-fat)
Instructions
Bake the pie shells.
In a small saucepan, mix 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, water, and peach jello powder.Boil this mixture until it thickens. Let cool completely.
Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar. Spread this in the bottom of the pie shells.
Top cream cheese mixture with sliced peaches.
Pour jello mixture over the peaches.
Top with cool-whip and refrigerate.
