Ingredients
1 package Sams frozen tilapia
1.5 cups almond flour
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs beaten
2 T olive oil
Instructions
Dip thawed fish fillets in egg in combined almond flour, Parmesan, and salt. Fry until lightly browned on both sides in heated olive oil.
