Tasty cucumber salad

Serves: 8
Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
1 Tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
Instructions
Place cucumber in colander and sprinkle with salt. Set for 1/2 hour.
Wash off salt and press out excess liquid. (for crunchy salad, skip above)
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, pinch of salt and dill.
Add to cucumbers and mix well.
Chill and serve
