Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad - TastyPlanner.com
I served this with pasta we had for dinner. It is very good but make sure you allow enough time for the chilling process.

1-1/2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
1-1/2 cucumbers, halved lengthwise and sliced
9 cherry tomatoes, halved
3/8 red onion, chopped
1-1/2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 (15 ounce) can black olives, drained and chopped
1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons Italian-style salad dressing
3/8 lemon, juiced
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine the beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, garlic, olives, cheese, salad dressing, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper. Toss together and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve chilled.
