Ingredients
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/4 cup cucumber diced
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, quartered
2 green onions chopped finely
1 tablespoon fresh mint chopped
1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
1 cup spinach steamed and drained
1 teaspoon salt
pinch black pepper
Instructions
cook spinach and drain by squeezing it in a kitchen towel, to remove any excess water. let cool
combine rest of ingredients. mix well
Great with pita chips
