Really quick and easy meal, and it’s delicious!

Ingredients
1 box spinach fettuccine pasta
1/4 lb prosciutto
3 tbsp butter
1 cup cream or half-and-half
1 1/2 cups grated Romano or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Add a spoonful of salt to the water to season the pasta as it cooks.
3. Add pasta to water & cook until al dente.
4. While the pasta cooks, cut prosciutto into thin, short, ribbonlike strips. Set aside.
5. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
6. Add cream or half-and-half.
7. Stirring constantly, add cheese and cook for one minute.
8. Add pepper and salt to taste.
9. Turn off heat under sauce.
10. Add pasta and peas and toss until noodles are evenly coated.
11. Add prosciutto and toss to evenly distribute.
