1/4 C. thinly sliced fresh ginger

2 cinnamon sticks

1/4 C. thinly sliced fresh ginger
6 C. water
2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions
Directions:
In a saucepan, simmer the ginger, cinnamon sticks, cloves, tea, and water for about 20 minutes. Strain tea through a sieve or tea strainer into a two quart pitcher (add water to top off). Keep in the fridge. Heat a cup at a time in microwave. Add honey (I use1 tsp) to taste and enjoy.
