Grilled Chili-Rubbed Flank Steak - TastyPlanner.com
1 pound flank steak
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
Preheat a grill or grill-pan to medium-high heat. Season flank steak on both sides with salt and pepper. In a small dish, combine chili powder, cumin, and coriander. Rub the spice mixture onto both sides of the steak.
Grill about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board, and let sit for about 5 minutes. Slice on the diagonal.
