Delicious! It was so easy to make and required so little attention.

I recommend letting reducing the heavy cream by a little more than half for a thicker sauce. The sauce smells heavily of Gorgonzola cheese so if you’re sensitive to cheesy smells then be aware.

My boyfriend & I loved this.
