A new twist to BBQ sauce!

Ingredients
Ribs:
12 pounds pork ribs or country style ribs
2 pieces ginger root, sliced
water
Marinade:
1 cup sugar
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup oyster sauce
1 tsp. minced ginger
2 tsp. chopped garlic
3/4 tsp. Chinese five spice
1 cup shoyu
12 oz. size) frozen guava nectar from concentrate (If you can't find frozen guava concentrate you can try pineapple, mango or strawberry)
Instructions
Place ribs and ginger in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil and cook for about 30 minutes or until pork is fork tender. Drain water.
While ribs are still warm, combine marinade ingredients in a large zippered plastic bag and marinate ribs overnight in refrigerator.
Grill over hot charcoal or broil in oven, basting meat repeatedly with the marinade. Grilling time varies on the charcoal and the griller’s experience :)
