Ingredients
4oz skinless boneless chicken breast
1 Tbsp low-fat margarine
1/4 cup bread crumbs mixed with dried tyme and rosemary
cooking spray
2 cups Broccoli
2 tsp olive oil
6oz sweet potato
2 Tbsp 1% milk
1 Tbsp dried cranberries
1 Tbsp Chopped Pecans
Instructions
Rub chicken with margarine. Rollin bread crumbs mixed with thyme and rosemary. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray; bake at 400F for 35 to 50 minutes, until center is no longer pink. Saute broccoli and minced garlic in olive oil. Microwave sweet potato until soft and mash with milk, cranberries, and pecans.
