Hashbrown baked potatoes - TastyPlanner.com
Yummy hashbrowns with cheese and sour cream… and a crunchy cornflake topping.
2 lbs. frozen hashbrowns, southern style
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. onions, diced
1 c. cheddar cheese
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix all ingredients together, except cornflakes and butter. Put in a greased 9X13" inch pan. Mix crushed cornflakes with 1/4 c. melted butter and put on top of casserole.
Bake for 45 minutes.
