Grilled steak
Salad (spinach, sugarbeets, balsamic vinegar or lemon)
mashed potatoes (organic) & almond milk
you can add a bit of olive oil and garlic (mash some fresh garlic with the potatoes
very little salt
no salt on the stake
the amount of salad will exceed the amount of the other food
so eat the salad first, or most of the salad
and then the rest and stop when you are almost full
glass of water with apple cider vinegar 3 times a day
