Ingredients
2 pound beef flank or round steak
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Instructions
make cuts 1/2 inch apart and 1/4 inch deep into a diamond pattern on both sides of beef.
mix remaining ingredients, rub into meat. place into plastic bag. refrigerate for at least 5 hours but less than 24
set oven control to to broil
place beef on rack in broiler pan. broil 5 mintues each side
